Wholeheartedly agree but thinking from his perspective, he may think it’s reasonable to hate him.
1. He’s a product of his father affair, which I can assume was devastating for his mother, as well as his dad moving him in so it’s a constant reminder.
2. He’s dealing with a lot of pressure and the only person who helped him feel relaxed was beaten till he was scarred and nearly unconscious because the same kid you dislike told on him.
3. He spent 20+ years not allowed to love his partner yet seeing him raise the child who separated them because of him being outed during sex so he’s forced to obtain unreasonable amounts of success just to be able to be with him.
In no way am I saying his treatment to his younger brother is okay, he was just a child but I can see why he’d hate him.
i don't really think a sane person would blame a literal child , and for so long.

Yeah no sane person would but considering his literal existence is based on violence and extortion of people to make money, I don’t think we can try to understand them from a normal stand point.
