Big big spoilers, be cautious. I'll be dropping this

Here’s the review of the novel of someone who read up to chapter 114:
MC’s father was involved in the death of ML’s father despite it being an accident, ML decided to date MC to emotionally hurt him and MC’s father despite the entire 100 chapters before setting up a relationship between MC and ML where they have open communication and make concessions for one another. There’s 3-4 other side pairings that bog up the writing, everyone is in a love plot with everyone else, and there is legitimately jealousy present in every chapter. Around chapter 114 I had to call it quits because MC ran after ML and got hit by a vehicle, then ended up in the hospital where he got amnesia (?) and temporarily acted like a child. Like what?
