For me it was worth it, it's a bumpy ride for sure but I got to see the character growth of the two leads, misunderstandings being cleared up,etc.
If you're this angry at chapter 30 then I recommend you to drop it when Violet leaves his ass. ML apologizes one single time and acts pathetic for sympathy and FL runs back to his arms again. After that, he immediately starts abusing and screaming at her again because she said that his parents who drugged beat and humiliated her are toxic.
I hv read the novel and believe me,it's gonna be worth it. don't listen to elkia,he"s desperately convincung people to drop this. crazy mf sticking around the comments section of a story he despises so much, reposting the same sht every chapter update. crazy sob
Cause he didn't know jack shit about her pathetic and abusive parents. And all the suffering that he goes through makes him more than "eligible" for forgiveness. Just as reality, this webtoons/ novel isn't black and white, it's different shades of grey
Your comment would be true if he didn't continue to defend his parents after he learned everything they did, from the drugging to the beating. Not only his ''punishment'' was just cutting off their extra money but he also screamed at FL because she said that his parents don't love him even though he admitted to himself twice.
yall I can't take this anymore I'm only on chapter 30 and I just want to choke the ml and run away with the fl. the ml has such inferiority complex which is making him stereotype his wife and all her actions. all she wants to do is to love you for goodness sake. and also I can't seem to wrap my head around all the times he's angry "why didn't you tell me" BITCH SHE TRIED TO. "you don't ever try to understand me" ??? BITCH WHAT?? FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS THATS WHAT SHES BEEN TRYING TO DO BUT YOUR STUBBORN ASS MAKES IT SO DIFFICULT IF ANYTHING YOU DONT TRY TO UNDERSTAND HER.
