I'm assuming its beacuse he's the CEO of a entrentaiment company, and if someone has lots of hearts then they're gonna be famous, so its easy to scout them. And he wants to eliminate Suae since she's an error in his system
If I remember correctly, he's the one who made the app. How's he so sure it's accurate? And if Sooae's heart count is glitching/broken (noting that she had about 22/0 in one of the scenes) what are the odds the other heart counts are also errors?
I might be wrong but Im pretty sure he's some kind of god/divine entity, thats why we know its accurate
