They met in either middle school or high school? Uke was being bullied so seme taught him how to be a delinquent then seme moved away. Seme told uke there were three rules to being a delinquent but never told him the third before he moved. Uke wants to know the third rule so he tries to contact seme but he cant find him for a long time
