yeah, if i confessed my feelings for someone else and they agreed to go on a date with me than right before the date fucked someone else, i don’t think i would want to be with that person anymore even if they didn’t cheat on me. if he slept with mr han before hwi confessed, i think i would feel differently, but this just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. i think i would like it better if after hwi finds out he takes time away from param and dates other people before letting what happened go and they get together again.
THIS, even if they weren't in a relationship, it's still pretty weird how he slept with someone else while having feelings for another. It would be one thing if Hwi confessed AFTER the fact, but he knew about Hwi's feelings beforehand, so...

everytime i reread this i always feel so sick during the chapters where he actually sleeps with mr.han. before y’all get on my ass i know he didn’t do anything “wrong” he and hwi weren’t in a relationship so he didn’t cheat but it just feels so gross especially since it was randomly thrown in right before he gets together with hwi. like why does he have to fuck him right before he gets together with hwi it just feels unfair like he gets to fuck his “crush” before locking in and settling down with hwi. idk maybe i’m sensitive but if he gets to mess around with someone else i wish we got to see hwi try to move on and get it on with someone else too. equality right? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
