This is it! Thank you so much! I thought that was his name and I Google it so many times with different spellings but it never popped up I thought I was losing it.
FML seriously what is this called I'm dying trying to find it! A boy I'm assuming a teenager takes over a deceives office because the detective goes to jail or kills himself or something because it was made to look like his killed his family. The boy meets another boy who he makes his assistant to catch someone they named W and then later on some earl of something pops up and is killing bad people instead of giving them a trial. Ugh I feel like the kids name started with a T or maybe a K but Google is not helping me at all right now
