From what I have heard so far, the Bitsh Freya brings everyone to the office to creat a scene saying she will expose that Rubi and her brother have a very inappropriate relationship. As in catch them in the act of doing the deed or something in her head I suppose. When everyone gets there, they find her Bastard of a brother beating her within the inch of her life. And the ish hits the fan. Idk more about what happens after that.

The manwha has many differences from the novel but here’s what basically happens. Ruby says that Izek is a good man, and Ceasar pushes her onto on a table and tells her to show the back of her thighs. So that he can whip her, the scene goes onto Izek and his coworkers. Izek told him to pay attention and spy on Ruby, but they suddenly lost her after going into a temple. One of the knights says that the monk next to Ceasar is a dangerous man and that he seems really strong.
Ivan tells Izek that he’s being paranoid, and that Ruby and Cesar seems like good sibling. But Izek knows somethings up.

The next day it hurts for Ruby to sit because she’s just been whipped on her legs and tries her best to pay attention to her brother and Izek at the same time. The dance continues and Cesar brings Ruby to the garden Izek made for her. They begin talking and have a mini argument, where Cesar talks about that the love Izek feels for her isn’t real and if she loves him. Before she can answer, Ceasar kisses her and when Rubi turns around she sees Ellen,Ivan, Freya, the knight from before (endymions older brother) and they’re all staring directly at her through the window. Rubi basically blacks out and we see a scene later of her outside, totally out of it. Ellen goes to talk to her but Rubi is totally loopy and thinks that Ellen is her sister form her past life and that she’ll “meet” her soon. She passes out and Ellen Carrie’s her to her room. Izek and Ellen have a talk, which I don’t remember right now, but for the rest of the party Rubi is very irritated. Rude, blunt, and keeps binge eating. She snaps at Ceasar a lot and seems to think that tomorrow is going to be her last day, which she unusually accepts. A lot more happens later but this is what’s gonna happen in the next few chapters

Does rubi have some kind of superpowers? Cause I remember that monsters and creatures didn't try to hurt her but even tried to communicate with her

I honestly don’t think the story goes that deep into her powers. She’s able to communicate with the monsters but it’s very one sided. They can understand her, but she cannot understand them besides psychical clues. But yeah they don’t really explain it all too much.

I think he’s there just as a body guard and so Rubi can’t escape, but no sexual abuse happens in the scene besides the kiss later on. But she never speaks of any other forms of abuse from Cesar besides the mental and physical one.
