Nah, they saw the "completed" tag on the other one and thought it was real. Many ongoing comics are marked as completed in this site.

It’s a reupload- BUT the other one is NOT finished yet. There’s still a whole volume 2 to complete. I mean the translations haven’t translated everything yet. Unless those people are talking about the Japanese raws being finished?
