I think the CEO of marang aka her 'stalker' is a loyal fan to a novel she is writing and she has been on hiatus for awhile. It seems that the CEO is writing his own novel but its based around her book and the characters, designs and even names are basically a copy from her novel and he wants her to update because he has a new character coming out in his story that used to be in her story but she took him out because she felt bad for him. That's what I get so far

Cindy the rose of Versailles is a famous manhwa from the 90s or sth. They established this before. It's most likely based on "the rose of Versailles" by Riyoko Ikeda which was an actual manga that was very popular in the 70s. Sooae wrote a popular fanfic on it called "becoming the black rose of Versailles" with a transmigration plot. The CEO is obsessed with the story. In her fanfic, the MC gets with the second male lead instead of the main lead. So this in turn means that the original child from the MC in the manga no longer exists. So she says she feels bad for him.
