I’m curious about if the first couple will be back together again it broke my heart what happened to them. This current story line feels like the author has writers block for the main couple and wanted to change things up when they could’ve done this as a side story.
This is important to be told now because it explains what’s gonna happen to the “future” characters without it being just boring writing and descriptions
I guess it makes sense when you put it that way
But the author could’ve done a better job moving into this part of the plot as this feels a bit sudden. As tropey as “I deserve an explanation!” “Okay 704, calm down let me tell you a story” or *704 gets a sudden headache and then falls unconscious and the memory starts* or some sort of flashback scene.
The flashback is literally the exact plot devise you’re asking for. Some of y’all just need to say it’s a reading comprehension issue and read it a couple of times to get it.
Yea literally, he quite literally isn’t feeling well and doesn’t understand what’s going on and why geumsun is so invested in him, and why he feels like he isn’t really a reaper but something more. He’s experiencing things that other reapers don’t ppl are really bad at reading bruh
That one reader that keeps on saying "only wants to read two guys fucking" etc, yikes! From the beginning it's so obvious that this story is not about fucking lol. It's already established that this story has a great and vast plot. Perhaps they just missed that 1st couple and confused where the story will last and go back to the present time.
