I think he does love the mc in a romantic way (based on jiseok (?) mc was the reason why his preference changed) it's just that jigeon took advantage of his desperation (jigeon also commented that his lil bro feels threatened that's why he feels more desperate which ends up messing up his confession)
Second he didn't specifically said that he loved that girl, he said he liked the girl that's all. He actually said that he only like that girl when he's young

Well im glad i dropped this then, no offense to anyone but to me the whole story feels stupid. Thank you very much for giving spoilers. Everything was meant to go Jigeon's way, the uke is actually freaking dumb as usual, the little brother says the dumbest shit for the sake of plot....
And what happen to the lil bro? He just be sad or he actually moved on?

Eeeh, staying friends seems weird to me. He loved uke for years and when he confessed, uke went batshit crazy, blaming him for random stuff then goes to his brother.
And ofc the uke is now going out with his brother that manipulated all of this. How can you stay friend s after this? They should have made him separate ways and find someone good and make side stories xD
Anyway, ty again for taking your time to answer my questions! I can now let go of this story without any regret xD!

I mean would you cut ties with someone who's been your friend since middle school? (cuz if it were me, nope. Would you waste the years, memories you two have shared just because of some messed up confession) plus that friend is your boyfriend's lil brother. I think it's good that they were still friends since irl that's pretty rare to happen.
His feelings wasn't even that deep so it's not weird that they were still friends after that. I think their friendship matters more than his romantic feelings (it wasn't that deep). Also uke loved him, while jiseok liked him (I would say like instead of love since love is deeper than liking n jiseok's feelings to uke wasn't even that deep to begin with, I mean how can you easily give up n pretend that you don't hold any romantic feelings for that person)
I think he liked the uke (romantic way) n loved the uke (friend/brother way). And also I said that jigeon/uke (??? kinda forgot who said this) that he only confessed to uke, out of desperation cuz he's scared that his best friend will get taken away from him (it's like a kid that don't want his toy to get robbed from him).
I agree that jigeon manipulated everything, but they can pretty much prevent (since we now know now that uke n jiseok both like each other) that if only they knew what jigeon was about to do (ofc that would be impossible, unless they predicted it which is anothe impossible thing).
I can also understand why jigeon manipulated or let's just say took advantage of everything, I mean if you were given a opportunity to have/get what you want. Would you waste it? Of course not if that were me (well I wouldn't use other people just to get what I want but there might be an instance where I might use others to my advantage but ofc that will only happen when they get in my way). He wants the uke so when he got the ring, he sees the ring as an opportunity to be with the uke. N ofc since you have/sees an opportunity you will seize it.

I forgot to mention that they can prevent jigeon manipulating everything if only both confess their feelings. Since even if the ring appears they can get rid of it (since it shows that you can get rid of your ring), which will not make jigeon take advantage of those whole thing (but I bet he would still take advantage of that since y'know, an opportunity is an opportunity. He's also pretty smart). So yeah.
I can also see that even if jigeon take advantage of the ring part, he won't stand a chance since uke won't give up on jiseok (his opponent would be the uke not jiseok) because they both like eachother (a reason not to give up on jiseok). I mean the reason why uke gave up on his feelings for jiseok is because its unrequited love (he wants to give up his feelings since its only him who will get hurt n he wants to stay as friends with jiseok. He doesn't want to ruin their friendship, jigeon just kinda gave him another reason to completely give up).

You say Jiseok's love isn't deep but he loved the uke for years. You only think that way because he accepted his loss fast but it's pretty normal...when you are rejected you arent supposed to harass like they do in every yaoi xD. IlJiseok might have just decided to ignore his feelings so that uke can be happy with Jigeon.
Also you said he has to accept it because uke is his brother's bf now. Well you see, if i was Jiseok, i would hate Jigeon by this point. So uke being Jigeon's bf would be another reason to cut ties. Jigeon doesnt give a single shit about Jiseok and its pretty obvious.
And to me, the reason the uke refused Jiseok's confessin is top tier stupid. So how can i stay friends with someone like that?
I feel like most people in Jiseok's place would probably hate both uke and Jigeon. (Most people have one sided crush or date then tries to go back to friends almost never work, and to my opinion, the way ir happened in this story is nasty for Jiseok)

I would disagree with that statement that you can easily give up your feelings fast. Not all people can do that especially if your feelings were deep.
If his feelings were that deep then he would have a hard time moving on. And doesn't mean you got rejected that they will harass them. If his feelings were that deep then he will (do what mostly will do) take time off especially he got rejected, and he never specifically said that he loved (romantic way) the uke, he said he LIKED him (yeah sure he do love the uke but more on brotherly love/how you love your friend).
For me liking someone is as thin as our one single thread of hair, while loving someone is more deeper than the ocean. But yeah sure we have diff perspective when it comes to love. That's why I said he liked him but not love him (romantic feelings).
I can pretty much understand if jiseok will hate jigeon but hating at the uke? Nah shit! He didn't do anything wrong. Jigeon sees everything as a chess game and uke is the reward for winning that chess game. If you were in ukes place would you even knew that you're getting manipulated? (I bet you wouldn't, unless you're sharper than a knife). Jiseok and uke is both the victim.

"you said he has to accept it because uke is his brother's bf now. Well you see, if i was Jiseok, i would hate Jigeon by this point. So uke being Jigeon's bf would be another reason to cut ties. Jigeon doesnt give a single shit about Jiseok and its pretty obvious." Ofc you would say that but you ain't jiseok.
Not all people would do the same, it's even better that he's still friends with the uke after that embarrassing confession.
Jiseok is willing to give up his feelings but not their friendship, not only him but also the uke that's why they talked after that embarrassing confession gone wrong. He wouldn't cut ties with him. Their friendship matters than their feelings! Isn't that why they didn't confess in the first place cuz they're scared that those feelings will ruin their friendship.

Based on what did you assume that Jiseok moved on from his feelings so fast? Thats the only reason you think he doesnt love the uke. Was that said clearly? Because otherwise its possible he is just acting this way for the sake of the uke but still loved him.
And the way the uke completely disregarded Jiseok's feelings and blamed Jiseok of always knowing how he loved jiseok and making fun of him. (That made no sense at all and this is why he rejected Jiseok).
I would be mad at the uke after this.
And if i was the uke, i wouldnt have made those baseless accusation, this was just a "lets be stupid" moment for the sake of the plot

Just like what I've said my definition of love is diff to y'alls definition of love, he liked him in a romantic way but he loved him more on brotherly love.
He didn't disregard jiseok's feelings, I mean if someone confessed to you with that kind of manner would you accept it plus uke was confused as fuck (jigeon even stated that jiseok's confession won't have any room to uke's head since uke is confused with jigeon (?)).
And also girl— are we reading the same story? Uke never made fun of jiseok? (uke's pretty mature) uke even commented that jiseok is still immature (?) like a child and their feelings isn't even balance since uke's feelings were deeper while jiseok is more on liking.

I think it's wrong to call Jiseok's as something less just because he wasnt constatly suffering from it like uke or Jigeon.
He loved the uke for years and gave uke most of his attention for all that time, for me that speaks for itself.
To me, it seems more like uke rejected Jiseok and Jiseok decided to ignore his feelings (until he can move on) to save their friendship.
Also I didnt say the uke made fun of him, but his reaction to Jiseok's confession was very offensive. And then jumping into Jiseok's brother's arms.
I have no issue with Uke rejecting Jiseok, it's his REASON for rejecting that is freaking dumb. Basically he didnt believe it, and then fell in love with Jigeon.
Anyway, you dont have to agree with me. I'm just not satisfied with how Uke and Jiseok acted.
On the other hand, Jigeon (although i dislije the character), atleast his actions made sense. He just dont care about anyone except uke (basic seme personnality) and did everything he could to gain uke's love. (The only thing i dislike is that he was able to predict how things would turn out as if hes some super intense genius like Light Yagami from Death Note or Ayanokoji from Classroom of the elite lol)

Oh and let's be clear, BLs are very often full of "dumb" things that i dont mind. It's just that in this case, stupidity was used to do something that i personnalt dislike.
I would have been also disappointed if uke would have rejected Jiseok because he was already fully in love with Jigeon.
So basically, uke and Jiseok already being in love with each other and had been aroumd each other for so long, and them not ending together because they confessed too late, is something that makes me unhappy. Now if you add that this happened because of Jigeon manipulations, it makes me pissed with the result. AND THEN you add the way uke reacted to Jiseok's confession, and i'm mad at the story xD.

"Also I didnt say the uke made fun of him, but his reaction to Jiseok's confession was very offensive. And then jumping into Jiseok's brother's arms.

Girl if you were suddenly confessed while confused asf would you even accept it? And tbh it's jiseok's fault that he was rejected, he messed up his confession by acting desperate without even considering mc's feelings. He would have a chance if only he thinks carefully y'know there's a saying "right place, right time" (?) he didn't consider that since he was desperate (which jigeon stated).
Just like you've said, you drop this sht so I won't press you anymore. I've read the whole thing (until the latest chapter) he really messed up his confession.
I dropped this long ago but i want spoilers
Jigeon's lil bro, the one the uke liked at first. Did he actually love the MC ? And if thats really the case... how come he said he loved the other girl? And what happens to him (since uke choose jigeon).
That guy was betrayed by his brother and that woman he saw as a sister, and he also lost the one he loved? Seems pretty sad.
