Jin didn't lose his memory. He remembered Matthew is full and how much he meant to him when they were at the orphanage so now he wants to keep him safe even mroe desperately. Matthew then goes nuts and falls in his knees and tries to suck him off by saying sth along the lines of "I don't care if all you want from me is sex. If it makes you stay, then you can just use as your human sex toy". That's when Jin punches him and says "That's not you" or "That's not what you are" and then leaves.
