I’m not sure if there were any stereotypical “wait” “slow down” (etc) dodgy words used in the middle of sex (which are in almost every bl or straight smut manhwa to the extent that I try to keep track of the ones that don’t do this LOL) but it’s generally considered the most green-flag omegaverse bl manhwa and their relationship is really sweet rather than abusive or toxic. It’s a friends-to-lovers, re-encounter, presumed-unrequited-love story
