Only talking about novels!
I know Naver and Kakaopage (but anyone who knows anything about Kakaopage knows that company is f*cking insane. Can't buy raws legally overseas nor can you even access R15 works) are strict but most Ridibooks projects don't get C&D'd, at least that I know.
On the other hand, KR MTL is much more painful than CN MTL. So, there's that factor too.
Korean sites are too strict about English translations so most of Korean BLs aren't even picked up by translators in fear of retaliation. But look at how far danmei has come because of fan translations. It's popular all over and getting officially published in English.
