I don’t think so cause the one with the scarf is complaining about the other getting attention and being jealous which owen 1 does a lot. Pretty sure Owen 1 still has Owen 2 scarf in these past chapters. We’ll know for sure soon if they get into a fight again

I'm pretty that from the talk they had on the bed (before being captured by 3rd Owen) that it's pretty much confirmed that 2nd Owen got back his scarf. Atleast that was my interpretation that the one talking was 2nd Owen and he had the scarf
