Umm...I only remember vividly the horror BL novels I've read though... If you're interested, I really liked Thriller Trainee https://chrysanthemumgarden.com/novel-tl/tltn/ which is about a talented magician (the kind who does card tricks) with disabled hands who transmigrates into a horror/unlimited flow novel and is able to restore the strength in his hands through overcoming the gruesome trials in the unlimited flow world. ML is a crazy yandere psychopath who is born inside of the unlimited flow world and there's an ongoing contradiction between the MC, who is trying his best to return his fellow players to reality outside the unlimited flow game, and his lover who will most likely cease to exist if he succeeds in rescuing people.
