I was just surprised because mangago never seemed to care about moral or ethics before. This is an illegal manga sharing website after all so I was just worried they might've been facing some legal trouble ( ´−ω−` ) Then again, shota/lolicon isn't considered cp in a lot of countries so there's not much authorities could do other than blacklist the website from results.
I noticed seemingly the entire collection of shotacon and lolicon have been purged from the website?? Didn't mangago literally have a section dedicated to that? Even if the manga was falsely put as shota/lolicon, they've been deleted anyways. Doesn't seem like moderators when one by one and deleted each manga, lol. They don't show up in lists anymore and whenever you search up a specific title tagged that genre, it brings up an error.
Curious what caused mangago to do this. Maybe they're afraid of legal trouble and want to clean up the website? Or maybe they're getting with the times and not supporting cp anymore LOL. Either way, it kinda reminds me of Limewire (illegal music downloading website) and when the fbi basically turned it into a sting operation. Maybe the fbi are monitoring us right now to arrest anyone who browses illegal content. (´°ω°`) You never know....
