Well my friend is like that. She's only 4'7. All the girls and even the men in her family are on the shorter side. She's also extremely lean and has alway been since childhood. She looks like a child tbh due to her height and physique so her and her boyfriend always gets stares (him being over 5'8 and full on beard).
