The author said that Gyoon’s first love was Yohan but he got over it cuz he like Yohan as a friend. And ig he didn’t want to ruin their relationship considering how scared Yohan was when Gyoon’s brother confessed and tried to force himself on him. He prob didn’t want to bring back his trauma so he decided to stay friends so he could stay by his side. But I’m glad he found love w Jihye in the end
