Yeah I've noticed it too. This is one of the few manhwas where I didn't enjoy the art style change. It feels like the style has gotten more simplified
the character design obviously changed. I used to like yu senpai's look at the beginning: he looked very sexy with that mole and long hair. now after reincarnation, he just looked like a kid(づ￣ ³￣)づ . Mind you, i still like the plot

I would give them that excuse if that was true. Unfortunately, it's not the age, it's the quality of the art. The proportions and shading are off, sometimes the lineart too. The truth is, the art has degraded.
No. Compare the Ch 30 where they reached adulthood after time-skip (the art looked exactly the same as Ch 1) with recent chapters. You can literally see the big difference and yeah the art has downgraded
