I thought I was the only one that felt this story was way too flat !! Everything feels lacking in substance.. even the sex feels bland to me, and often hard to read
The Love is an illusion main couple but make it stereotypical, extremely heteronormative and WAYYYYYYY more abusive
honestly heavy on the flat story. it just seems like a stereotypical yaoi at this point. it’s like they don’t have any personalities. mingwa is one of my favorite manhwa artists so i’ll read anything she puts out, but honestly it’s hard for me to love this story and the characters in it.
She took the 2012 BL troupe and modernized it
bj alex is one of my all time favorites so i expected a more engaging plot from mingwa.
The art and the action scenes must have required a lot of training and energy but the story and characters fall flat. Uke is way too passive and without any special characteristics. Seme's whole personality is his jinx and anger issues. They don't even have chemistry
