I’m very late hehe, but wasn’t it literally stated in chapter one that they were mutually using each other and the girl was just using MC for media clout? Not to mention we literally see her losing interest and leaving the moment MC says he’s not up for sex. She just snaps a pic with him and leaves. If anything, she was using MC, which was mutual, but she caught feelings and became bitter when MC didn’t. I do agree that MC should’ve broken up with her when he got involved with ML, although he did the second time he got with ML so it wasn’t excessively prolonged like some other stories.
