Yeah, most likely.
It just make me confused because of that one scene from the past chapter, where the professor looking at the photo of uke and seme, but the professor is so focused looking at the seme, while the seme is looking passionately at the uke.
I'm still not sure if the professor is going after uke, or he is just trying to make the seme jealous cause he has a thing for him.
