He said it himself, it was the first time he felt that way when all he thought was his admiration was pure and not romantic. That dream made him realize he like the seme not as a friend. Maybe mixed with guilt and thought of rejection, he came to avoid the seme.
He thought that it was a dream but I don't understand why it affects him so much that he avoid the seme. I do dreams about some absurd things about my friends but I would never avoid them for stupid dreams
