I don't think Zeref would rape Mavis. They were both affected by the magic so maybe they had sex but they didn't show it in the flashback

maybe Mavis doesn't remember what happened past the kiss and maybe she actually lived with him but forgot all about it? umm...no...? doesn't make sense? well what does in this manga?!!
