I could think only that, the sex-touching-emotions happened only when "Hiro was in Seno's body", so when Natsuka finally embraced him (plus that few months worth of living together thing), he got used to that body and thing what lovers have (can't find the word srry). Yes, Natsuka slept with Seno a numerous times already, but those didn't have feelings and love (from Natsuka). So after Seno got found out, Natsuka probably got a few days and weeks to think about things, and come to a conclusion I won't type right now, read again the manga, I had to read it for 3-4 times and got to where I am rn.
Sorry my poor explanation, the short version is Natsuka (thought) embraced Hiro, his love "crossed a line", and started to love the body too(?), what was Seno's. Kinda confusing haha

Seno didn't know Hiro well enough to fake his whole personality. So a lot of Seno's actual personality slipped through. You see it hinted at a few times after Seno wakes up and tries to convince Natsuka that he's Hiro. Natsuka already liked Hiro, but he started falling even deeper in love after seeing "Hiro's" unexpected sides (aka Seno's personality leaking through). After the reveal, Natsuka realizes that he fell in love with Seno even though he was not and will never be Hiro.
Yes exactly! He fell in love with Seno. Seno couldn't keep acting like Hiro all the time as he didn't know him well. He mostly only act in the beginning to convince Natsuka. After that his real personality got out so much. After reading again I can see it clearly in many parts. So when Natsuka said he has fallen more in love after the body swap. He actually fell in love with Seno unknowingly. So after finding out that Seno loved him for so long. He realised that the happiness he felt with seno wasn't an act or a lie. That's when he accepted his feelings for Seno.

This is my second time reading but I still didn’t get how or when did natsuka realised he loves seno??? He was so into hiro,what changed??
