I know this comment is kinda old, but Asian countries have different rules for teacher/student relationships. It'd be perfectly acceptable for them to date if they'd been from separate schools. It's like as long as they're 16, it's okay in Asia.

there's a difference between saying no at first, and saying no the whole time. there are definitely a LOT of mangas where they say no the entire time.. and that's definitely rape, even in Japan where it's not socially acceptable to just say yes immediately

I wasn't trying to ruin it for you, I could care less whether or not you enjoy it, and I read it too. my opinion is also that it's fantasy regardless, however, I am not deluding myself into believing that it isn't rape, when it very clearly is, over 90% of the time. I'm not trying to ruin anything, again, I read much worse things than this, but I just simply can't keep quiet when I see people trying to justify their opinions with flawed logic
