I read the novel , yes they have a happily ever after ending , they end up having another child after their marriage :)

This is a summary based on both the manhwa and the novel: After his miscarriage Seoyu has trouble opening up and it is Sunghoon who pushes him to cry and grieve. At that point Seoyu had given up on feeling anything at all and just accepted the misfortune for what it was. Sunghoon is revealed to have started attending counseling to better react to emotions (as he does not experience them for the most part). Sunghoon takes good care of Seoyu after he’s released and wants to marry him. He leaves a marriage certification form for Seoyu to fill out. It’s “okay” for a bit before Seoyu starts to think of his family again and how he doesn’t deserve happiness when they are gone. He calls Sunghoon and says goodbye to him before going back to the bridge. Just like before he leaves his cellphone and goes there while it is dark and raining. Before he leaves, he fills out the marriage certificate. In a truly heartbreaking scene Seoyu takes off and pushes his shoes off the bridge before pushing off a pair of baby shoes that he ordered for their baby
Since, I read a bunch of comments here saying Seoyu experiences a miscarriage in the future, will the story end there? They won’t get a rainbow baby or try for a second time? I hope I’m not being insensitive by asking this, since miscarriages are very traumatic from what I’ve heard Anyways, can anyone spoil the rest of the story for me?
