that's bc the uploader jujucat is actually the one doing the fan translations for this work, instead of just uploading officials. you can check their profile but they said that their fan trans dont have a regular schedule due to how much more work they take.

i totally get it plus they mentioned once that they had cancer so i get the delay. still hate it regardless tho
