I dont got recs like that but i think u shoukd Firstly find a hobby that u feel relaxed and happy with. Secondly have good food and appreciate it (food gets ya everywhere hun). Ofc not you, your freind lol
this is very good advice, tho I have a few hobbies, they're mainly for my profession and passing the time, and not really for peace ╥﹏╥ always appreciate great food

there's one I did as a kid, where I would go out and find smooth rocks to paint with my family, it was so nice, I really miss it
does anyone know of any manga/manhwa/webtoon of an older person taking/raising younger children but when they finally get to take a break they can't so their lover/family/trusted friend has to show them how to relax ?? again totally not me, I'm just asking ! for a friend of course ( °v°;)っ
