its not the author, its the translator for some reason. raws are up to 89.
The Korean version went on hiatus as well after chapter 86. For some reason (maybe because the interruption would be even more annoying after chapter ch. 86) they decided to take a break one chapter earlier but it's normal for the translation to go on hiatus if the Korean version went on hiatus unless the translation is extremely far behind.
