Part of the deal is that Hakyung would never appear in their family especially of Yoonsung again.
Taewon group did their part in getting Hakyung's mom a quality treatment(unfortunately though that it's their mom who had to depart from this world and the Taewon group got no control on that) so Hakyung should do his share in the dealing. He even got paid by his brother before he left.
