why is this manhua always on hiatus

There's like a hiatus every other week it's just getting ridiculous, there's never a reason or explanation

Artist splits story into different season as of currently 8 and will continue sep 30th. They take a few months break each time and the English official translates usually takes hiatus to wait for more chapters.
