Trying to find this yaoi/shounen ai

I've read this one a couple times, but I seem to forgot to put it in a list. It's about this doctor that goes to work work in a clinic in a small town in the country. He got lost on his way there and meets a guy who came to bring him to the village though he appears rude. The doctor later has to live with him since the floor of the clinic collapses. The guy is a rich young master, who gives money to people who help him out even though they don't require it, because of an event that happened when his aunt and uncle use to live with him when he was younger.
