Does this mean that the crown prince truly loved the original female lead? Considering his choice to grant Eris divine power over Helen. Additionally, did Din Gajar also harbor feelings for her?

    Yesn't, it's a subversion of the trope about the og ml realizing his feelings for the villainess a little too late. Instead of him falling for Eris because she acted nice,he only realized he loved her when she was truly dead and gone. If it weren't for that,he would've continued on hating her.
