When they think of age they normaly see the the age period (i think it was called that) not the gap. When i read a manhwa with an age gap they think of how old they were and how old the other person was,
like how haebom? I think his name is, thought ( i just guessed his thoughts) how he was 16 and our cutie was 8 years old
I think of gaps in relation to how old the youngest person in the relationship is. For example I think 18 and 21 is a little sketchy even though it’s only 3 years. But 21 and 24 is not that deep. Obvs 18 and 28 is weird (10 yr age gap) but 30 and 40 is fine. Basically I believe the older the youngest person in the relationship is, the more acceptable a wider age gap is because you’re more mature
Ik, when i said "they" i meant the older one in every manhwa i read with an age gap, i don't remember well but i think heard that koreans do take age gaps very serious? Whatever it was, 1 year, 2 years etc so an age gap of 8 years seems pretty serious ig. Not sure but if u know an accurate info pls tell me
28 and 36 is completely fine nowhere near cradle robbing
