I know this isn't the point, but the manhua says the original goods charged the ml ₩200,000 a month for rent, but minimum wage in Korea is like ₩9160, so ml literally had to work 20 hours a month to pay rent which is incredibly reasonable - like the other stuff the guy did was super wrong, but he was giving the ml a really good deal on rent

lol this was my immediate thought after seeing the og comment. Like, man's being forced to pay a massive amount of money every month to loan sharks... It's not like his whole salary is just disposable income...
