Uhm, I've read both and yes, it is here too not just in the manhwa. You can see it around the time that he filmed the suicide scene that he does want to die after getting revenge for his brother and mother. He has imagined killing himself that's the whole point of how he was able to do that shot in one take. Everyone could feel it when they filmed it. I believe Jay comments on it later as well.
