If you're asking for a completely different couple then no. There isn't any side characters that are that important that they also have a relationship. But like 3 people(might be more I don't remember right now) actually fall for yoohan and jay tried to hunt them all down lmao. SPOILER: even cha jungwoo(tan skinned tall dude with anger issues) tried to get with yoohan but he gets rejected really roughly by him
