I only read it since it has a decent review score for an adventure manga, especially since it wasn’t listed harem. It’s an okay read for some poor entertainment, I wouldn’t actively go out my way to read it though. Overall, I don’t think this is something for me. Maybe if they ever explore the goddess side of his friend, I’d read for that
I think the main good thing about this manga is the supporting cast. Even though it’s just brief moments, my favorite scenes involve the elves and guild people.
The mc is fine, but he just has that mindset of a typical “hero.” Basically, no matter what wrong you do, even if it’s extremely severe and led many to their death, I’ll save your life since you’re in front of me/mentioned it to me. I don’t think it’s very apparent, but it definitely happened several times. The goddess trope is very cool though, I hope they explore more into that later.
The most sane person in the 3 group party would be the black hair magician girl, Maya. The saintess was definitely annoying but it dulled down after she gave her pledge away. From chapter 1 til now, the princess is still a really annoying character. It’s sad that she’s written that way, since she’s extremely op... but for now, majority of her actions revolve around the mc. I think she’s still pretty unlikeable despite the current arc that’s going on.
