I'm at Ch333 now and there is no sign. Duke Peletta is not allowed to have children anyways. And overall, second gender doesn't play that of a big role in the story. Maybe it will change later but I think you can read it without problems.
so far (chapter 950 on novel) mpreg was barely ever mentioned. the most alpha/omega terms had to do was just about their heats and connection. in fact, the abilities/superpowers were mentioned a lot more frequently in the beginning. you don't need to worry about it tbh.
