don’t get me wrong this manga has many good aspects to it but when the mc was basically forced to out himself to that girl it was so unpleasant and uncomfortable to read. you don’t owe anyone that sort of explanation just because they can’t deal with being rejected, stay safe my gay babies

Oh my God! Yes! Like.... That one part make me go "??? Huh?" AND IRK ME SO MUCH. He doesn't owe anything to that other girl. He even said that HIS PERSONAL LIFE IN NOT THEIR FUCKING BUSINESS. That one friend (sorry forgot his name) basically —in a way or another—, FORCE him, to outing himself in front of the other girl that confess to him so that girl can finally give up on him and move on. She even said "kanede only interest in his misfortune" I WAS LIKE??!! BITCH THE AUDACITY??!! Like, okay u can say whatever u want about your friend but then when kanede literally stand up for himself u was like, "dang, not anything it's about you boy" LIKE???! YOU LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT KANADE BEEN THROUGH??!! His college friend ignoring him, getting beaten up when he was in highschool, has to see the one he like ended up getting a girlfriend and etc.

She looks like she "stand up" for her friend but also ignoring kanede's feelings like it's not valid. In her mind, ppl who are suffer the most is her friend and thinking that coming out in CONSERVATIVE COUNTRY AND COMMUNITY IS EASY (i come from a conservative country and family as well, so i know damn well that there are so many of queer ppl around me who's being closeted). Well surprise, in this world, people who are suffering is not just your friends.

This is why I'm so fucking sick of ppl with hero syndrome.
