Sure you can do that but it's a shitty move while someone else actively working on it and already warning you before chapters that you shouldn't upload over them. If they (uploader who came later) don't have anything to add like "better quality", it's just overstepping someone's territory.

There are ethics in pirating too. You can't come at me like "what we're doing is shitty too..." Everything works individually in their own bubble. This is one of those things.
