I didn’t read the interview or anything, but I remember reading someone’s comment saying the author said this series is going to be a lot darker and harder than BJ Alex(which it obviously already is) but they wanted to pursue a harsher plot line. Its disgusting when authors create those kinds of things through romanticisation, sexualization, minimization and dismissal. If shes gonna do that she should atleast take a page from warehouse and make it very clear that its not a love story but a tragedy.
