What's happening

I stopped readin in 2020, can someone fill me in on what's happening? What happened to cain? Is he still relevant? I really want him and jooin together.

And the backstory☠ oh huhuhu his parents died? I guess that's why he's shite because he had no parents to love him. What a boring overused lame backstory that doesn't justify his actions.

Anyway CAIN X JOOIN FOREVER or another male chara that may enter. Won't be reading for until this has an actual development.

It doesn't justify his actions, but he has to face the past to start healing.

Also his parents didn't just die. They were mùrdered basically in front of him.

I like Cain better, too but lets not disregard all of Seme's feelings.

He should've gone to therapy if that was the case , not go around raping people

Yeah, but then what would we read?

(probably a better plot? Yeah, I know)

Regardless of Yahwi's actions and how understandable they are (not that to me but that's not the point here) I just love how people say "go to therapy" like it's some kind of magic cure that fixes your trauma with the snap of one's fingers when it's often a painful and exhausting process that takes years, if not decades, of hard work. His caregivers did not provide Yahwi with therapy from what we know and a kid can't just decide to go by himself. Even if he went to therapy the moment he turned an adult, trauma of that magnitude is not just erased with a couple of years of councelling. He needs better coping mechanisms for sure but therapists aren't some miracle workers. There's also a cultural component here, mental health issues are massively stigmatized in Korea and seeing a therapist is seen as shameful so going isn't a simple thing at all and there's a chronic lack of mental health resources
