the scanlation groups draw it themselves
to my understanding, they redraw it themselves
however, in some stories, the other official version (ex. spanish translation) may have the uncensored version
most language uses the censored version because twt moots said that some countries must follow rules for censoring blablabla
the app used for publishing the story can affect it too
guys can you tell how come the raws are always censored while here some are decensored? where do they get it..
