My opinion is for Qin Xian, it could be considered as incestual, I won't argue with that. But Wang Yi, he supposed to make Qin Xian hate him so technically he wasn't a pedo as he tried to make him hate him, not grooming him and he didn't see Qin Xian as his love interest at all.
