I think it's only Korean that have as close to authentic as it gets lol. Other constellations have stereotypical garments too. But I get you, I don't even see my country's up there, so I'd say you're winning at least.

Also srsly itd be really nice to us readers if artists or authors took some time to properly look for native representations or just leave it all together. Stereotyping n that tooo haphazardly like that sucks even the constellation name was so random 'vedas' vedas literarlly are just a collection of books mystical sages wrote millenia ago. If you google up vedic sages they wear very different garments n acetic outlook instd of this cheap bollywood ah wedding sherwani n racially basic red dot
Oh haha, I'm from Thailand. We got a lot of influence from India too, so I totally understand. Even though we took a fraction of your myth and culture, it's still huge.

I always loved and look forward to see the constellation characters and their fables and later looking up their names on google to read more on them or recognising them. I wish they had incorporated more indian constellations given the vibrant fable worthy content our mythologies can provide. I was really excited at the vedas' but lmaoo the character sketch is soo 'unresearched' or put together. I mean if u wanted to potray an impressive rishi given you chose vedas as constellation, atleast with that beard and hair you could have given him authentic atire and accessories the og one are depicted. Instead the vedas " has a red dot on his forhead and wear a persian inspired kurta sherwani lmaoooooooo its like the patil twins's terrible lehenga at the yule ball. T-T. Im not complaining but lowkey just a bit dissapointed at this lazy representation when other country constellations get to have authentic sketch T-T
