Mostly depends on the scanlations/uploaders to each work. They can decide the times they put up a new chapter

The author to this work isn’t on hiatus they recently put up a new chapter today but I’m not sure if they go by a schedule
U can only access the new chapter by paying for it n going through an id process through a Japanese site
